The line is excellently suited for medical/hygiene applications and simpler geo-textile fabric.

complete spunbond line for PP production of 50 - 200 gsm, speed 35 m/min and capacity of 200 - 250 kgs/hr, consisting of;

- 01 DMAV-300-3F, three-component dosing and mixing hopper

- extruder RT 801-1-120-30, drive 110 kW DC, 6 heating - and automatic water cooling zones

- melt filter

- spin pump - 150 cm3/rev

- spinning system with 13 heating zones

- die body

- quench system including AC components (compressor/condenser/evaporator)

- multiple dye plates

- web-formation conveyor

- Ramisch Kleinewefers calender, two heated steel rolls - upper embossing - dia 400 mm and lower smooth - dia 400 mm. Max temp 180 deg C, heated by thermo-oil.

- slitter/winder - max winding dia - 1000 mm.

- edge trim is directly fed into a recycling extruder RT 91-1-50-20 with 2 heating - and automatic water cooling zones

The line is fully complete with all controls, process air fans and mezzanine platform/machine frame.

This unit is since long sold and not on our list. Pls always check www.ik.se for our daily updated list.

There are no Reicofil units on the market.

 

There are 2 other units for spunbond we can offer but Italian made. Talk to your client about that and let us know.
