We could put unhosted web apps into torrents, and call it apptorrent.

That way, your unhosted web apps are resilient against network damage.

You could even get the snapshot torrents of sites like wikipedia,
and serve them from an off-the-shelf hard drive.

I think this would be useful for decentralizing education.
