Can't change keyboard layout in WebClient when login with russian keyboard layout

When I login in Ulteo WebClient with keyboard layout: Russian, I can
type in russian, but I can't change layout to english. My local
computer change layout, but in WebClient I can't type any character.
How to configure more than one languge support and how to show
keyboard layout indicator in desktop panel?

Additionally, with the Android-client initially, entering Russian
characters, too, is impossible. When you type "Россия" (Russia)
obtained a set of characters "> AA80"

In addition, sdcard on (localhost) is empty, then there is no access
to the local file system of tablet. Acer A500 Android 3.2.1

I too had this problem. Having spent an hour with this http://doc.ulteo.com/3.0/Internationalization.html 

i've found a solution to my case: uncommenting the line 

define('RDP_INPUT_METHOD', 'unicode'); 

in /etc/ulteo/webclient/config.pic.php did the trick. 

I also installed the following packages, but it didn't help without changing to unicode input:

language-pack-ru

language-support-ru

language-pack-gnome-

language-pack-kderu

kde-l10n-ru

openoffice.org-l10n-ru
