After my accident in January got a cheque from maties insurance company
for 2K for the bike which was writen off, after they admitted full
liability. He is also being give the option of a 2 day driver education
course or attending court by the Police.

Just waiting for an offer for my uninsured losses, helmet, leathers and
gloves.
Still got problems with my hand though but it's getting better every
day.
It's all gone very well so far, i was expecting it to take an age.
