This is the announcement of the public opening of the Sales Harvester
beta test. The beta test will help us find software bugs and to
eliminate possible usage problems of the users before the product will
be released in its final version.
Description:
Sales Harvester is advanced inventory management software, that
provides e-commerce users with the ability to perform a varying number
of administrative tasks quickly and within a consistent interface that
exists between ecommerce venues such as, eBay, Amazon and your own
online osCommerce based e-Shops. Sales Harvester uses extensively
template technology.
A distinguishing feature of this desktop system is its very
sophisticated "inventory control system" that is based on an index
card. Adding and removing field to this Index card a user is able to
conveniently customize their information.
You can describe goods, organize them into folders and sub folders (in
a structure that mimics Window Explorer), record and organize your
inventory in electronic format, add and manipulate images, define and
save searches, produce reports, import and export feeders, delete or
restore items and back up information, list concurrently similar
objects on multiple platforms avoiding out of stock situations,
keeping a centralized inventory; redirect checkout of your eBay sales
to your own shopping chart; as well as manage your stock, your
listings, your suppliers and all sales, in a single program.
Besides being an excellent full-featured stand-alone desktop system,
additional functions of Sales Harvester include:
• Keep track of ALL your customers as well as each one of their
purchase items and automatically send personalized follow-up emails
and manage eBay feedbacks using the customer service module
• Create and manage your ads (for osCommerce and eBay) using a WYSIWYG
editor particularly suited for images inclusion; images are
automatically uploaded in a free image server.
• Easily define Google Adword ads that laser target your osCommerce ad
pages.
• Print personalized packing and picking lists, labels and bill of
sale (etc...) using the order fulfillment and shipping center modules

All these can be done with the help of an easy-to-use Windows Explorer
interface. We tried to make the interfaces to the various venues as
consistent as possible.
