It's fuze is missing.

So if whoever is doing power can find out if it can be reinstated and who
owns it etc...

Getting a replacement cutout fuse isn't a problem. The tricky bit is to do with the meter. Was the meter intact? Do we know who the supplier is?

We should be able to pull about 80A from it. Might be worth putting it into a new box.
