We did some more detailed calculations recently, the rundown:

camping 47200 m^2
festival 19950 m^2
overhead 18000 m^2
parking 19250 m^2

festival is the facilities used for lecture tents, food stalls, etc..
overhead is all the roads and places in between everything, and will
vary per terrain.

So that's for ~2500 visitors.
