There ain't no "sorta" to this. It ain't Sheen, it's the fictionalized Harper.

These headlines are nothing but a Bates and switch. (readers groan)

But there's a lesson -- don't pick a fight with the guy who writes the most popular sitcom currently on TV. Sitcom writers are fierce.

Meh, it's been done and by funnier shows.. The UK "Coupling" brought
back Jeff as a woman for one episode,for example.
