KYW Philly ran a spot about this just ahead of NCIS, as are all the O&Os, the LA Times notes (link)...

The Eye: "Dish seems willing to drop us because it won't negotiate the same terms as others..."

Dish: "We're actively working to reach a deal before the deadline."
