Using database URI sqlite:///d|/...devdata.sqlite
Checking Group...
  Does not exist in database
Checking Permission...
  Does not exist in database
Checking User...
  Does not exist in database
Checking VisitIdentity...
  Does not exist in database

D:\>tg-admin sql create
Using database URI sqlite:///d|/...devdata.sqlite

D:\>tg-admin sql status
Using database URI sqlite:///d|/...devdata.sqlite
Database does not support reading columns

D:\>

is this expected behaviour?
