Catching all exceptions for production sites?

I'm wondering if it would be feasible to somehow catch *all* exceptions
raised by the controller and redirect to an error page that shows the
user some kind of nice error message and webmaster email link and also
emails *me* the traceback ( and kick starts mysql & cherrypy if
required ). Anyone done such a thing? Is it a worthwhile idea?

http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/ErrorHandling

There's also a cherrypy cp._onError (I think that's the right syntax)
which can be set up to do what you want.
