Paginate stops working in prod?

Hello all,

I've got an app that uses the paginate decorator.  It works fine when running in development mode.  However, as soon as I start running the app in production I can't get off the first page of results.

The sole changes I made were to delete the dev.cfg and setup.py files.

Any ideas on what's going on?

I have no idea why but setting tg.strict_parameters = True fixes this.
