reblog to queue not work as expected!!

I reblog a post with comment, params like bellow:
rebelog params {
comment = "I want this post go to queue";
id = 14439528622;
"reblog_key" = uExEAgd1;
state = queue;
tags = "reblog queue test";
}

The document (http://www.tumblr.com/docs/en/api/v2#posting) says
posting * Parameters* works for /post/reblog too.

In my case, tags parameter works, but state parameter doesn't . I set
state to *queue*, but the post I rebloged just published.

Anyone help! Please!!

I can confirm this. Posting to queue seems to work fine, but reblogging to queue doesn't.

I got the problem too. We cannot do anything about this until get
response from Tumblr.

I've just finished putting in reblog queuing in my app - this is far
and away the most requested feature I've had from my users
