Hello everyone

I've created a group and given them these permissions
eanda TICKET_ADMIN
eanda TICKET_APPEND
eanda TICKET_CHGPROP
eanda TICKET_CREATE
eanda TICKET_MODIFY
eanda TICKET_VIEW
eanda WIKI_VIEW

I want this group to be able to add tickets, change tickets and see tickets.

When I log in as one of these users I don't see the Ticket View link on the
nav bar, only New Ticket.

Does anyone know what other permissions do I need to give these users in
order for them to see tickets as well? I would have thought TICKET_ADMIN
would have done the trick, but alas no.

Any help greatly appreciated

In order to see the View Tickets menu item they should be given the
REPORT_VIEW permission.

Marten, thanking you greatly

That's done the trick

You wouldn't know which file I need to alter to edit the Not Authorised to
View the Wiki splash page would you?

We dont want these users to VIEW_WIKI so I've removed that permission, but
I'll need to edit the not authorised page, the users are not techsmart and
will think that they've done somethign wrong when they see that page, even
if I tattoo it onto the foreheads they will still call me up. ;-)_

Thanks again.
