Translating Trac from Eng to Esp

Hi every:
I need to translate Trac from English to Spanish. For that I founded this page: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracSpanishTranslation and following these steps:

1. patch -p0 -f trac-spanish-python_utf-8.diff
2. patch -p0 -f trac-spanish-templates_utf-8.diff

But in the (1) step the server take too long time. Is that OK?

Note: I have Trac 0.10.4

Los parches proporcionados no sirven con 10.4 - solo con Trac
0.10.5dev r5961

-- The patches provided only work with Trac 0.10.5dev r5961. They
don't work with 10.4!

Please do note that in Trac's sandbox there's an i18n branch which has a
Spanish translation.

I regularly synchronise with trunk.

Also do note that not everything is fully able to be translated yet, it's
all a work in progress.

Thanks for this reply. I try the URL you give me but I don't know how to install Babel. I search in the repository and I didn't find anything. Exists any guide?

I'll have to see about that.

Anyway:

you need setuptools
and then do easy_install Babel

That should be it...

easy_install Babel
and I get this:

Couldn't find index page for 'Babel' (maybe misspelled?)

No local packages or download links found for Babel
error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('Babel')

What's mean?
