When I am diagramming there are times when I would like to see attributes on a class but not all classes. It would be nice to be able to right click on a class and toggle its properties on/off

When diagramming it is very annoying to move away from the diagram and come back to have it redisplay all of the classes I didn't want in the diagram reappear. It would be nice if I could somehow lock the diagram so that I can do other things (e.g., look at other classes) and return to the diagram as I left it. Is this what a snapshot is (or related)?

It would be nice if I could include instances on a diagram.

Yes, you can save the diagram as a snapshot and then come back to it.
