Mouseover Mainmenu and sidebar menus

Hi All

Sorry about this. I recently came across a TW where the mainmenu and
sidebar menu were hidden and opened on mouseover....I liked the
idea....but forgot to bookmark it....now I cant find it...or even the
original reference to it......anyone know the site I am talking about
and can give me a url???

You can created that by putting the content of MainMenu and
SideBarOptions and SideBarTabs on a nested slider:

..the NestedSlidersPlugin will give me panels that slide down from the
top....and I normally use ShowPopup (ERic) for that sort of
application....the page I am looking for had the left and right panels
sliding out from the side ...on mouseover...I liked the effect but can
´t relocate the page....

I've seen that one too - I believe it was one of Wolfgangs beautifull
creatures...

I seem to recall that you asked for some advice on how to apply the
styles of the page I am talking about, and someone gave you simple
instructions on which parts were important...

..this is real frustrating...I normally manage to keep track of these
things...but this one has totally escaped me..GGGrrrrr!

I went to site this morning and google said "The services for this
domain have been discontinued" or something similar. I went to the
site last night and saw it just fine. I noticed that it was in French.
At least I think it was French, I only really glanced at it. Anyone
grab a copy? I would like to grab the side menu tiddlers.

Not sure why (something in the TW) but you have to set your browser to
OFFLINE before opening or it will redirect and give you the message
noted above.

the redirect on load is weird. .
If I get a chance later I will look and see what is causing that (a
plugin maybe?)

twkd old and current had some great plugins, the batch tag tools
specifically come to mind -.-

As an alternative to Yann's approach, would anyone consider creating a
plugin from http://devheart.org/articles/jquery-collapsible-sidebar-layout/?
I like the idea of a thin separator bar to click rather than relying
on mouseover events. Maybe a mod of http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#ToggleLeftSidebar
and http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#ToggleRightSidebar would be
sufficient. Anyone?
