Inspiration from CookieSaverPlugin - plugin idea

I'm quickly becoming a fan of the RedirectMacro. I'm wondering if
there is a way that when tiddlers are created, edited or deleted,
<<redirect [[tiddler title]] [[tiddler title]]>> gets written or
removed to a tiddler titled [[redirects]]. Thus, I can add <<tiddler
redirects>> to my main menu and have redirects created throughout my
tiddlers.

Is this achievable?

From a technical perspective, his would certainly be possible.
Is the the RedirectMacro still being actively maintained?

if RedirectMacro is not maintained? Does someone else pick it up?

That mostly depends on whether there's a capable programmer willing to
take over. There's no formal procedure.*

If anyone ends up picking up the RedirectMacro, here is something to
consider. Instead of using the redirect for every tiddler, maybe each
tiddler has a checkbox that when selected, triggers the writing of the
redirect code (<<redirect [[tiddler title]] [[tiddler title]]>).
