DcTableOfContentsPlugin and FoldHeadingsPlugin clash

Does anyone have an idea how to make DcTableOfContentsPlugin (http://
devpad.tiddlyspot.com/#DcTableOfContentsPlugin) and FoldHeadingsPlugin
(http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#FoldHeadingsPlugin) work together in the
same tiddler? They both work correctly in the same wiki, but not if
they're both in the same tiddler. In this case, the FoldHeadingsPlugin
overrules the DcTableOfContentsPlugin. The links in the ToC don't work
any more and the [top] links (from DcTableOfContentsPlugin) under
headers actually fold/show the respective header, the same as the [X]/
[more] links (from FoldHeadingsPlugin). I'm guessing it has to do with
the fact that both plugins use h1-h6 headers.

I posted a test version with the TiddlyPedia theme that I use, the two
plugins and a sample tiddler. The URL is:

Ignore the errors in macros, because I didn't import the necessary
plugins, since they weren't necessary for the test.

Anyone? I'd really hate to have to switch to the other ToC plugin or
drop the FoldHeadingsPlugin.
