CommentPlugin + QuickEditToolbar (feature request?)

I'd like to style the comment HTML-form in http://www.tiddlytools.com/#CommentPlugin
My question is:
How do I put a QuickEditToolBarCommand in the CommentPlugin's HTML
form?

I tried:
<div class='quickEdit' macro='tiddler QuickEdit_macro'></div>

It seems however to break the CommentPlugin when I add it to the HTML
form...

I guess I'm asking for an option to style the comment HTML form, not
having to touch the Plugin code itself..
