New tiddler from a url

I'm looking for TW add-on which will make a new tiddler from a url in
the same way as Facebook Link button.

I use a FireFox extension: TiddlySnip* to maintain a TiddlyWiki with
bookmarks and snippets from webpages.
You can choose to let it work in the background - and it will ask if
you want to overwrite or append material to already existing
tiddlers!!

Hi YZG,

Maybe it's time for TiddlySnip [1] to get married with some
ServerSides. To not clutter this thread with brainstorming, I have
created a TiddlySpace [2], meant for open collaboration, with a quick
draft of where I could imagine TiddlySnip or something equivalent to
go in the future.
