Strange behavior

Good day,

I have little problém with webmail extension. My OS is ubuntu and I
use thunderbird 7.0.1

First wierd thing is, when I run thunderbird webmail extension doesn't
load, it just doesn't show in addons and it missing in toolbar. I must
restart thunderbird and then is there.

Second, little bit more importent, it doesn't work. When I try
download my email from hotmail account I get this response "Příkaz
PASS nebyl úspěšně proveden. Poštovní server localhost zaslal odpověď:
thats cool"

Translate : "Command PASS was not succesfully executed. Mail server
localhost send answer: thats cool"

Can anyone give me some hint, how fix this?

Is there a message in the error console (see tools menu)

The problem with PASS command I solve by downgrade webmail extension
to 1.4.4

In error console I have this two errors

"Chyba: [Exception... "'Error opening input stream (invalid
filename?)' when calling method: [nsIObserver::observe]" nsresult:
"0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "<unknown>"
data: no]"
"Chyba: this.m_Log is null
Zdrojový soubor: chrome://hotmail/content/Hotmail.js
Řádek: 42"

You can get this if there's no location set for the log files

I get this problem (seems to be related to the hotmail issue), gmail
gives the same error in console:

HttpComms3.js: send : Exception :
NS_ERROR_XPC_CANT_GET_PARAM_IFACE_INFO.
Error message: Cannot find interface information for parameter arg 1
[nsIWebMailCookieManager2.findCookie]

nsGMailPOP.js: logIN : Exception : Error.
Error message: httpConnection returned false

I don't think I updated anything yesterday...

I'm using thunderbird 7.0.1 on ubuntu.

I tried to update to 8 but ubuntu 11.10 doesn't currently support
thunderbird 8 and the beta version of 9 isn't supported by webmail.

The new version of Webmail will only work with TB8
