Fraktur German (deu-f) language for tesseract 3

Dear tesseract-ocr developers!

There is a good and stable working language file for deu-f (Fraktur
German) for Tesseract version 2. Is there an available deu-f language
file for Tesseract 3?

I found the original bx/tiff stuff in the Google Group files section,
so I've added a boxtiff tarball for deu-f. At the very least, it's a
start to creating a language pack for Tesseract 3.
