Hi all,

We all love surveys, right?

Our team are doing an audit & report in preparation for future expansion - and we've been tasked with seeing how we compare with other schools around the country.  If you would be willing to share via this thread - or directly email myself - some or all of the details below, that would be incredible.  I'm sure it'd be rather interesting for others in the group to know the makeup of other schools as well!

1. How many Full Time IT Staff do you have?
2. What are their Job Titles (ie, Sys Admin, Data Manager, Sys Tech, etc)
3. How many Part Time IT Staff?
4. Roles?
5. Any Outside IT Contractors (regular)
6. On N4L
7. Year levels covered
8. Roll Count (rough is fine)
9. Staff numbers (rough is fine)
10. Mac/PC/Chromebook/Mixed/Etc environment
11. Google, Microsoft, or alternative?
12. Do you feel your departments' workload is above or below capacity?

Here is ours:

1. 4
2. Sys Admin, Sys Tech, Data Manager, Director of eLearning
3. 0
4. NA
5. NA
6. Non-N4L
7. Main campus: Y1-13, satellite campus Y1-7
8. 2016
9. ~230
10. You name it.... we got it...
11. Google & Microsoft
12. Workload is well over capacity on a good day

In advance:  Thank you to anyone that takes the tell to share!

Kind regards,
Dave
