testing the top level categories

Sorry it took  me  long to change the diagram sketched a few weeks ago

I have now moved the goals outside of the system boundary

(welcome anyone to do more refinement)

I plan to do some case studies to 'test' if the propose categories

are sufficient to contain/represent *any* system knowledge, and if required, add

categories accordingly

Please let me know if you have any test cases you'd like to contribute
