Error - deploying pb10 on win98se & winME

Hi there,

During client installtion from the runtime packager for a pb10.2 application on
win98 SE machine, i am getting the following errors :-

1) Error 1904. Module ..........\PowerBuilder\pbjvm100.dll failed to register.
HResult - 2147024865. contact your support personnel.

2) The pbshr100.dll file is linked to missing Export KERNEL32.DLL
setFilePointerEx. ( my kernel32.dll is in C:\windows\system folder and of
version 4.10.2222.

When i tried to run the application, i get the error
3) A Device attached to the system is not functioning.

"pbjvm100 failed to register" error is on winME pc also.

Is these platforms supported? If yes, what are the additional files shall i
include?

PB10 requires Win2000+.
