SQLAlchemy 0.6beta1: TypeError: Boolean value of this clause is not defined

Today I tried out 0.6beta1 and I'm seeing exceptions like this:

TypeError: Boolean value of this clause is not defined

I don't see these in 5.5 so I'm wondering what I need to change.

Can you provide an example of code which is failing with that error?
