Spyder works with C/C++, Java, R package -plugin?

Hi,

Is Spyder works with other language e.g. C/C++, Java, R package, etc?
Is the any mechanism (dialog form, text box, ini file) that you can
customised the path of the console e.g. gpsol.exe and return the
output of the application to the console aside from python?

We the glpk/mathprog folks are looking for the cross platform (mac os
x, windows, linux) ide for Mathprog (glpsol.exe)
