Every time I boot my machine I get the "downloaded from internet" mac
warning. This never happened before.

Hi all,

We've seen this a few times in Mac OS X Lion. We're not sure what's
causing Apple's download check to behave this way, but you can resolve
it by pasting one of the following lines in a Terminal window:

If you've installed Spanning Sync for all users on the computer, paste
this line in the Terminal window:

sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Library/PreferencePanes/Spanning
\ Sync.prefPane

If you installed Spanning Sync for only your user, paste this line in
the Terninal window:

xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine ~/Library/PreferencePanes/Spanning\
Sync.prefPane

That should take care of the problem during restart.

Thanks,

Byron
