hmm...I do think that "GLOBALIST" here describes his exact behavior when he
finally realizes that his dependence on his readers' mindreading abilities
to communicate is an utter failure. And he also does name calling as well
as utter obscenities when so frustrated. To wit...all from "GLOBALIST":

The wonderment as per "GLOBALIST" is his continued insistence here in
soc.retirement on relying on his readers' mindreading abilities instead on
good, clear, precise written English to communicate even though time and
time again this reliance utterly fails. Recent example - "GLOBALIST"
miraculously turning a fish that lived 270 million years ago into a fish
that lived 270 million years. But then again...that's our "GLOBALIST", who
just loves to scurry back under that rock of his.
