celebrations going on too on Merdeka Eve and Merdeka Day too. On August 30,
head to the Bukit Jalil stadium for theAmbang Merdeka celebration chock full
of performances by local music celebrities and traditional dances. While on
Merdeka Day, the annual Merdeka parade will take place bright and early
atDataran Merdeka downtown. Be sure to head there early to secure a good
seat with a perfect view of the grandstand, where the Prime Minister and
other VVIPs will be at, and also get a good glimpse of our nation's pride
and joy marching down the stretch too.
