SIOC ontology spring cleaning

Made some minor changes today:

2008-04-11: Merged namespaces for dc and dcterms, now using dcterms
(dc:subject becomes dcterms:subject). Changed domain of sioc:content,
sioc:attachment and sioc:note to sioc:Item. Changed domain and range of
sioc:sibling to sioc:Item. Removed domain of sioc:num_replies. Dropped
sioc:Forum as domain and range for sioc:scope_of and sioc:has_scope
respectively.
