David can you find out? Even or if we can book some large rooms in the
School of Information Systems, but really I thought the open spaces in
the SMU underground is a great place.
NUS is a bit far for most people I think, need to take MRT and then a
bus, whereas SMU is right smack in the middle of town, walking
distance from City Hall MRT station.

Yes, I'm currently working as Research Staff inside the School of
Information Systems, SMU, but I'm also not clear about how to apply to
use it, I need to ask some admin staff, definitely,
Here facilities are really good,

Could you tell that faculty contact privately to me that I can also
contact him/her? Thanks,
Usually in a university, even if in computer/software related schools,
there're always some open source advocate/enthusiasm like me, and
others don't care about open source or propriertory, but if we can
call for more open source technologies advocates, maybe we can apply a
function room for free usage,

Cheng Renquan (程任全), from Singapore
I know the folks at SMU IIE very well (they were a great help with our
Neoteny Startup Camp 1 event) and they can probably get us free space
(again). Let me know the number/size of rooms needed and I'll talk to
them.

We can always do a first-run to smoothen out the kinks, and keep it
casual. I'm talking to a scrum master skilled in the arts who may be
visiting Singapore in Apr/May, and can share best practices and spread
some luv on the 2nd run.

Go for it; I likewise have work.
Patrick
He hinted that the best time would be towards end Apr to early May,
after the students' exams. Their classrooms get fully booked up
before that by their ever-so-hardworking students mugging for exams.
Heads up that BarCampKL is happening Apr 24-25.
