0.12.0-M1

sbt 0.12.0-M1 is published[1]. Major changes are described on the 0.12 page[2].

This version has been published to the releases repository, so it
won't be deleted like a snapshot. It is the first step towards a
stable, final 0.12.0 release. It is not guaranteed to be binary or
source compatible with 0.12.0 final.
