Release 0.2.2 available for test - code freeze lifted

Dear all,

Simal version 0.2.2 is available on the Simal website for
testing. Following the proposal sent earlier I only uploaded
the webapp module, which can be downloaded directly via :
http://simal.googlecode.com/files/simal-webapp-0.2.2.war

The webapp module contains the core and REST modules, which
means that you can still easily use the REST API by deploying
the web module instead of the REST module.

Hereby the code freeze is lifted as well. Happy coding ;)
