Release candidate 0.2.3-rc1 available for testing

All,

I just uploaded the first release candidate of
the new binary release on the Simal website
available for testing.
If you can, please test this rc on as many
configurations as possible and report any errors
or unexpected behaviour.

The public registry on http://registry.oss-watch.ac.uk
will be updated shortly with this rc.

I took the liberty of only creating one release
containing the war-file and not to release separate
binaries for the core and REST modules. If you
want to test with only the core or REST module
please let me know.
