New release candidate 0.2.3-rc2 available for test

I just uploaded the second release candidate of
the new binary release on the Simal website
available for testing. The only difference between
this one and rc1 is that issue 257 has been solved
and patched following the recent vote [1].
If you can, please test this rc on as many
configurations as possible and report any errors
or unexpected behaviour.
The public registry on http://registry.oss-watch.ac.uk
will be updated shortly with this rc.
Just like the previous release candidate, this one
only contains the war-file and so the core and REST
modules are not available separately. If you would
like to test with only the core or REST module
please let me know.
