Ruby dev to take over prepaid telecom project

Hello members of SD Ruby,
We have a prepaid application that interfaces with our soft switch
platform to provide prepaid services. The platform currently has an
API, a user portal, and billing portal system. Our current developers
are moving on to other projects so we need another developer in the
San Diego to take over this project and make the few changes we need
to complete this system. The old development team will be available to
introduce you to the system and code so it will be a smoother
transition we'd like to complete within the next 30-60 days. If you're

to see some examples of previous work you've done and a resume.
