I ordered the Apollo 11 - 17 series from them (16 & 17 are preorders), and
received 11-15 on 11/29. Unfortunately, the 15 package had two of DVD #4
and no DVD #5. I emailed them, and was told they would get DVD #5 right out
to me. By 12/14 I hadn't received anything, so I emailed them again as a
reminder. I still haven't received any reply.

Am I just being impatient... have the Spacecraft Films folks shut down for
Christmas vacation... or is there something else going on that I don't know
about?

Anyone have any contact with them recently?

Thanks...

Well, not recently.

But a little while ago I had some problems with playing their discs on PS2
DVD player. I contacted them, and they promised to send new copies. This
happened this spring. However, after the summer had come and gone, I still
hadn't received any new discs. I contacted them again, and they again
promised to send me the discs, and this time I received the replacement
copies. A little too soon, I might add, since they came one morning as a
special express delivery at 7 a.m. :-)

Another thing is that they are running late on their production schedule
with each and every one of their DVDs. STS-110 and STS-111 have been in
production very long, and the last I checked, they had been postponed still
further. And some items, such as Quarterly Space Report (or whatever it was)
have disappeared entirely from their product catalog.
To me it seems that they have too much to do and too few people doing it,
which causes these minor problems.

I'm not complaining, though, because they answer e-mails in less than 24 hrs
and they are always kind and professional. So eventually the discs get
replaced, and the pre-orders delivered. But there is room for improvement,
the fact that the schedules are streched, and disc replacements have to be
asked twice, doesn't give very professional impression.
Of course, if this their first year in business, as I have understood, such
little startup problems are understandable.
And the products are unique, nothing wrong with them, which is the most
important thing.

Oh yes... their product is definitely worth the wait!

I finally heard from them.

Thanks...

Yup, their product is definitely worth the money, in my opinion.

I did finally hear from them.

Thanks for the input...

They owe me a discount from August which I have been promised in multiple emails but have yet to
receive.

They owe me the DVD case for Apollo 14 Complete Downlink but haven't sent it despite their promises.

They haven't answered 4 emails that I have sent to them the past couple of weeks.

The product is good but their customer service is shit.
