Type-2 diabetes is caused by visceral adipose tissue (VAT).

It logically follows that removing the cause of a problem solves a
problem.

Eating less either by being physically forced to eat less
(incarceration or bariatric surgery) or willfully choosing to eat less
down to the right amount is the way to lose all the VAT and possibly

Many flaws of distortion, incompleteness, logic and fact in the above.
If you please, research support for each point. Don't bother with the
"cure" one as at present there is no cure for diabetes but only
reversing symptoms in particular instances. Failure to provide same is
reason enough to disregard the unsupported claims.
