It would be wise for you to inform your doctor(s) about your crashing
lows so that s/he/they will adjust your diabetic medications
accordingly.

It is obvious this person is in day to day very good control of his
numbers and is in the best position to decide accordingly. Anyone who
is as informed as this person doesn't benefit from the old patronizing
doc is in control attitudes that leave people out of control and
promotes an unhealthy practice that is second best. The person is there
each day, the doc is not. The informed person will always do better a
job at prsonal control then any doc.
