WEEKLY TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY #202 JUNE 11 - 18, 1995

North Atlantic Basin: No tropical cyclones.

Eastern North Pacific Basin (E of 140 Deg. W):

Hurricane Adolph: Tropical Depression 2E formed near 12N 106W on 15 June.
Initially moving west-northwest, the system turned north-northwest the next
day while reaching tropical storm strength. Adolph strengthened rapidly,
reaching hurricane strength on 17 June and a peak intensity of 110 kt the
next day. The storm moved generally north on 17 June, then turned northwest
on 18 June. At the end of the summary period, Adolph was continuing northwest
with 95 kt winds.

Central North Pacific Basin (180 Deg. W to 140 Deg. W): No tropical cyclones.

Western North Pacific Basin (W of 180 Deg.): No tropical cyclones.

North Indian Ocean Basin: No tropical cyclones.

South Indian Ocean Basin (W of 135 Deg. E): No tropical cyclones.

South Pacific Ocean Basin (E of 135 Deg. E): No tropical cyclones.
