We would like to welcome you to this Saigon Expats group.
This group, Saigon Expats, hereinafter called Saigon Expats was created solely for the expats who living in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, people who wish to relocate to Saigon and Vietnamese citizens who love to help expats for their better life in Saigon.
Membership:
Membership of Saigon Expats will be making through an invitation from the group Founder/Owner/Manager or by the Moderator of this group.
All rights of this group are vested with the Owner.
Posting Rules
All Saigon Expats members are allowed to post in this group with a dignified manner according to the legal system and laws of Vietnam, but members’ postings are only visible after the moderation by the Moderator.
This is not a sole platform for 'sellers' who want to sell continuously with a high price. Expats who wish to relocate or leaving Vietnam has the right to post their moving sale ads but with a reasonable cost which exist in the then market value.
As stated above, Saigon Expats members may not post:
1. Defamatory/slander statements against other members or Vietnam Government
2. For sale or buy advertisement of animals
3. MLM business advertisements
4. Any kind of obscene words, phrases or photos
5. Any illegal, anti-religious or anti-social elements which may hurt others or of the nation.
6. Other advertisements or statements which may unlawful
Saigon Expats members may post:
1. For asking any, legally permitted, help to make their life better in Saigon.
2. Advertisement of expat business located in Saigon (restricted to 1 time/ month).
3. Class offer advertisements (restricted to 1 time/month).
4. Helpers/nanny/servant need advertisements (restricted to 2 times/ month).
5. Room/house/villa/apartment for rent/sale (property must situated in Saigon) advertisement (restricted to 2 times/month).
