Hi folks,

Since Sage version 3.3, Sage has been shipping two versions of
libgcrypt: 1.4.0 and 1.4.3 (both of which are under LGPL v2.1). These
two different versions are contained in one spkg, i.e. the
libgcrypt-1.4.3 spkg. After uncompressing the libgcrypt spkg, the
source of version 1.4.0 is found under the src/ directory, while
version 1.4.3 is under src/libgcrypt-1.4.3/. From the file
spkg-install, only version 1.4.0 is built. Is this a case of a messed
up package or I'm missing something? I don't mean to be rude here; I'm
just curious why the libgcrypt spkg contains two different versions of
libgcrypt.

I'm sure that's a messed up package. Good job spotting this.
