Rundeck 1.3 RC

Hi all,

There is a release candidate version of Rundeck 1.3 available from jenkins here: http://build.rundeck.org/job/release-1.3-rc/60/

The RC documentation has been posted here http://rundeck.org/1.3rc/

Please try it out and report on any problems.  The 1.3 milestone lists many of the new features and changes: http://rundeck.lighthouseapp.com/projects/59277-development/milestones/current

There are a few outstanding issues, mostly documentation items. I've included the list of closed issues below.
