how do write codes to fetch my image URL

Hi all, I am stocked! i am developing an app(online store) and i need to put some images on.Can you help me with how to write the code? i want to write it in the  db/migrate 20091130.....add_text_data.rd directory Regards and Respects, Kindness in thought leads to wisdom.
