You should follow complete tutorial on other machine as well to get it work, and hopefully it will also solve your second problem.

Note: let's me summary my situation again

 1. I create project on my PC, it works fine.

 2. I move that project to laptop and I got 2 issues above

 3. I connect device to PC and run again --> I got 2 issues above too --> after re-install app, issue #1 has gone away, but my script only runs few steps (lauch app, login) then I got issue #2
