Hi,

I'm installing Review Board. I have downloaded it and installed
it on CentOS 5. The version that i have installed is
ReviewBoard-1.5rc1 ( is it the right one?). I have installed all
dependencies. I'm trying to create site with rb-install command, but
not able to find rb-site command. Can some one guide me on this.

Thanks,
Ranjan.

Hi,

How did you install Review Board? rb-site should simply be in your path.

Untarring won't get you much. You need to follow the installation instructions at http://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/dev/admin/installation/linux/

./setup.py develop for each (djblets, rbtools, reviewboard) should help.

Just for the record, ReviewBoard, RBTools and Djblets are available as
RPMs for RHEL/CentOS 5 from the EPEL repositories
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL

This might be an easier way to get up and running, as it will help with
dependency resolution and won't force upgrade to newer python libs, etc.

Are you using Review Board for development purposes or for a production server? Because it doesn't sound like you were using the documented install methods. You generally don't want to download the tarballs and run setup.py develop. If you're looking to do development on Review Board, you should be using the Git repositories, and if you're looking to use it for production use, you really need to follow the manual I linked to and install the egg files.
