We are using REDDOT CMS 7.5.
while publishing pages, in the publish pages dialog box there is an
option to send email when the publishing is completed. I have created
a user for one of my project, I am not getting his email id in the
"send mail when the publishing complete" dropdown. Is there a way to
add email address to that drop down. I am not sure how to fix this
problem.
Can anyone guide me about this?

You'll also need to make sure the mail server settings are correct for
the server (also under Server Manager, go to Administer RedDot Content
Servers > RedDot Content Servers, click on your server then click on
"Edit Settings" in the Action Menu).
