Hola,

We have a RedDot CMS publishing to RedDot LiveServer setup.
In LiveServer for a particular project I have created via
Edit Project Settings >> Default Error Pages a definition of what page
to redirect to for an error of type "content not found".
I redirect to the page "index_404.html".
This works, fantastico :o)
However, now I want the Status Line in the HTTP Header for this page
to be "404 Not Found" rather than "200 OK".
In php I would do Response.Status = "404 Not Found";

Does anyone have an idea of how I should achieve this?

Gracias,
Dopie.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem, and
have sent a mail to their support. However, I'm wondering if the 'Send
page without redirect' option is affecting this. It's currently
selected in our installation, not sure if yours is too.

Hola,

No, I didn't find a solution for this.
(It's rather low down my priority list at the moment.)
Gonna send off a ticket to support myself.
I'll post here if I do find a solution...

In project settings: 'Send page without redirect', checked.

Somewhere in 404 page:
<rde-dm:attribute mode="write" source="request"
attribute="rdeResponseStatus" op="set" value="404"/>
